Do you offer returns or exchanges? Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. That said, customer satisfaction is our number one priority so please do not hesitate to reach out with any issues or concerns!
What happens if my polish arrives damaged? All polishes are shipped in a heavy duty, corrugated box or a padded envelope which should prevent any breakage. However, stuff happens! We will be happy to replace any damaged products. Simply contact us within 2 days of delivery with a photo and details of the breakage.
Do your polishes contain any toxins? Never! All polishes are 5-Free which means no Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Toluene, Camphor, Formaldehyde or Formaldehyde Resin. All polishes are also cruelty-free with zero animal testing!
What payment options do you offer? Painted Polish currently only accepts payments via Paypal. We do also accept Bill Me Later through Paypal which allows you to pay over time. Signup is simple. During checkout, select the Bill Me Later option, enter two pieces of information, accept the terms, and get a decision in seconds.
